Project overview
Munity is a service app on mobile, web, and smart watch that provides bus schedule, real time bus tracking, directions, and notification.
Problem
Missing a Muni can put a big dent on your schedule. It is hard to tell when the next ride is coming and waiting outside in foggy SF weather could be painful. If you are new to Muni, you may not even know how to get to the station.

Competitive Analysis
Moovit, the main competitor, is only used by 9% of the daily Muni users, and twice more people use Moovit on the PC (48%) than the mobiles(20%). It shows the need for a better and simpler Muni mobile service, and responsive web and a smart watch app would be essential for the service.
